I was the Digital Copy Specialist at Pat McGrath Labs for a hot minute, from September 2018 to February 2019. Initially, I was hired to redo the overall brand voice, which didn’t completely end up happening, though I developed an in-house style guide for all platforms to refer to, ensuring the tone of voice stayed the same from department to department. Additionally, I wrote email campaigns, site copy triggered shopping emails, native ads, and product PDPs surrounding new brand launches, limited-edition collections, and holiday sales.
