Tarte Cosmetics
From November 2017 through September 2018, I was the Digital Editorial Copywriter at Tarte Cosmetics, where I wrote copy for all online campaigns and promotions spanning from email copy, on-site copy, product PDPs, marketing promotions on social, and native ads. I worked with the stellar marketing copywriter to develop an in-house style guide all departments could use internally, and when she left her post, I took on writing packaging copy, gondola copy, and line sheets. Tarte is such a fun brand, and I loved writing in their sassy, Gen Z-focused tone of voice. My boss also ruled, still does, but that’s an aside.
